Is my phone compatible
Most modern phones support E-SIM, including iPhone XR and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
How do I install the E-Sim?
It's easy! After purchase, you'll receive a QR code by email. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add E-SIM on your phone and scan the code. Your phone automatically does the rest.
Can I keep my regular number?
Yes! On dual-SIM phones, keep your home SIM for calls and texts, while using the E-SIM for affordable data abroad. Best of both worlds.
What a Day Pass Plans?
Day Pass plans give you a set amount of high-speed data (like 1GB) that resets every 24 hours. If you use it up, you still get unlimited data at slower speeds until the next day.
Can I use the QR code on multiple handsets?
No. Each QR code can only be installed on one device. Once scanned, it's locked to that phone and cannot be transferred.
What if I accidentally delete my E-Sim?
You can usually reinstall on the same device by re-scanning your original QR code. However, it cannot be moved to a different phone.
